TEAMM to License Novel Prescription Product for Patients With Asthma And Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Being Developed by Respirics

Morrisville, N.C., Jan. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- TEAMM Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company, and Respirics, Inc., a Raleigh, North Carolina based pulmonary delivery and development Technology Company, today announced that they have entered into a development and commercialization agreement. Respirics will develop the MDTurbo(TM) product, and TEAMM will commercialize the product through its dedicated sales force in mid 2004. 

This novel prescription product (MDTurbo(TM)) addresses the needs of more than 32 million Americans who suffer from Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), including more than 5 million children with Asthma.
